Refund policy

You have the right to return all or part of your order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

All returns go through a quality control process. Therefore, once the return is received and the quality control is completed, you will be informed accordingly.

The return will be accepted provided that all of the following conditions are met:

The purchase must have been made exclusively through our online store (online or by phone).
The product(s) must be in their original condition and all special markings (e.g. protective elements, tags, labels) must not have been removed.
Products sold as a SET must also be returned as a SET. The return will not be accepted if all parts of the SET are not returned.
The return package must include the completed RETURN FORM.
You must have previously notified us in writing via email: spyvasilaki@gmail.com regarding the return you wish to make.

A. REFUND

In case the payment was made by debit/credit card, the money will be refunded to the account from which the charge was made.

In order to proceed with the refund, you are required to fill in the RETURN FORM included in the shipment package and include it with the returned parcel.

The process is completed within fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt and inspection of the return.

RETURNS – WITHIN GREECE

Returns can be made through the BOX NOW network from any available locker.

You may send the product to one of the following lockers:

The shipping costs are fully borne by the customer and are paid directly to the chosen courier company.

The company is not responsible for parcels lost during transport without proof of shipment.

RETURNS – REST OF EUROPE

For returns from countries outside Greece, you may use any courier company of your choice.

After sending the return, you are required to send the proof of shipment to:

B. ORDER CANCELLATION

If the order process (checkout) has not been completed, you may cancel the process by pressing the “Back” button of your browser.

If the order has been completed, you must contact us as soon as possible. The order can only be cancelled if it has not already been processed or shipped from our warehouse.

⚠️ Important Information

SHIPPING COSTS

In case of product return for any reason (e.g. change of mind or no longer wishing to keep the product), the return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a defect is identified during quality control of the returned product, the company must either return the parcel back to the customer or contact the customer to resolve the issue. Defects may also include undesirable odors that the returned product may carry.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, sending relevant photographic material to our email. In this case, return and reshipping costs are fully covered by the company.
