Domestic shipments within Greece are delivered via BOX NOW to a locker selected by the customer.

Delivery time: 1–3 business days from the shipping date.
Shipping cost: €3.00 for deliveries within Greece.

💙 Free shipping for orders over €30 (Greece only).


🇨🇾 Cyprus & 🇧🇬 Bulgaria

Shipments to Cyprus or Bulgaria are carried out via BOX NOW.

Delivery time: 3–7 business days from the shipping date.
Shipping cost: €7.00 (per country).


🌍 Selected European Countries

Shipments are available to selected countries (Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, France, Germany).

Delivery time: 4–7 business days from the shipping date.
Shipping cost: €5.00 (per country).


📍 Order Tracking

The customer receives an email and SMS with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.


⚠️ Important Information

The customer is responsible for entering their details correctly.
In case of non-collection, any reshipping costs are borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

Order processing takes place daily, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next working day. Deliveries are not made on official public holidays, weekends (unless otherwise specified), or on days when our warehouse may be closed (e.g., due to inventory).

As a general guideline, orders placed during working days and hours are usually delivered to BOX NOW within 3 business days, provided all products in the order are available. The standard delivery time to your selected locker is typically 1 business day for the Athens area, while for other regions of Greece it may vary and can take up to 6 business days or more. In geographically remote areas, delivery times may differ.

During sales periods, special promotions, or exceptional market conditions, delivery times may increase due to high order volume or special circumstances.

Finally, the company is not liable for any delivery delays not caused by its own fault, or due to force majeure or circumstances beyond normal commercial operations.

It is clarified that, regardless of the system availability indications of our online store, final product availability is confirmed during order processing and picking at our distribution center. At that stage, availability is confirmed through physical stock verification. If products are not available, rosesnfoxes.com reserves the right not to accept the order in full and to cancel the sale. In such cases, the customer will be informed and fully refunded for any amount paid.

It is further clarified that the products are shipped and the responsibility for transportation to the designated delivery point and until receipt by the customer lies with rosesnfoxes.com. If, for any reason, transportation is carried out by the customer’s own means or by a carrier acting on their behalf, then the responsibility for transport lies with the customer.
